This handcrafted wall clock is made from a beautifully figured piece of spalted beech, selected for its dramatic grain lines and natural character. No two pieces of spalted beech are ever the same, making this a truly one-of-a-kind timepiece.
This design features clear resin inset sections that create the illusion of separated wood segments while allowing the colour of your wall to subtly show through. The result is a clock that gently adapts to its surroundings, making it both striking and understated at the same time.
Black resin numerals are cleanly set into the timber, offering a bold contemporary contrast against the lighter spalted grain. Silver aluminium hands and a silent sweep mechanism ensure smooth, quiet movement with no ticking.
Each clock is carefully shaped, sanded and finished by hand in my Gloucestershire workshop.
