I package all orders carefully to ensure they arrive safely. Wherever possible, I use recycled or recyclable packaging materials, without compromising on protection.

UK orders are securely packaged and sent via Royal Mail.

If your order contains an in-stock item, I aim to dispatch it within 2 working days.

If your item is made to order, it will take a little longer while I carefully create it. Estimated making times are shown on the product page wherever possible.

Items marked as pre-order aren’t currently in stock, but can be made to order for you. You can place your order as normal, and I’ll begin making your item as soon as possible.

Because of the type of materials used, the items that are ‘out of stock’ were one off pieces that I would never fully be able to recreate - that’s the beauty of working with mother natures materials!

Each piece is handmade using natural materials, so no two items are ever exactly the same. The photos show the style, materials, and finish you can expect, but natural variations in wood grain and resin are part of what makes each piece unique.

Most of my clocks are fitted with a silent sweep mechanism, meaning there’s no audible ticking. If a clock uses a different mechanism, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
