Crafted from a beautiful piece of yew, this handcrafted mantle clock celebrates the natural warmth, grain and character of one of my favourite timbers.
A flowing emerald green resin river runs through the centre of the clock, creating a striking contrast against the rich golden tones, natural knots and unique figuring of the yew. No two pieces of timber are ever the same, making each clock completely one of a kind.
This piece is finished by hand in Odie’s Oil to enhance the timber’s natural beauty while providing a durable, satin finish that feels wonderfully smooth to the touch. Brass rod markers and black hands complete the design, giving the clock a clean, modern look while still retaining warmth and character.
Designed to sit beautifully on a shelf, mantelpiece, desk or sideboard, this clock works equally well in contemporary and traditional interiors.
