Handcrafted from beautiful tulip wood, this sculptural four tea light holder has been carefully shaped to create a calm and contemporary centrepiece for the home.
Featuring a gently concave top and softly rounded profile, the piece has been designed to feel both tactile and timeless — allowing the natural beauty of the timber to take centre stage. The recessed glass tea lights sit neatly within the form, creating a warm ambient glow when lit.
Measuring approximately 175mm in diameter and 44mm thick, each holder is individually handcrafted and finished by hand in my Gloucestershire workshop, meaning no two pieces will ever be exactly the same.
About Tulip Wood
Despite its name, tulip wood is not brightly coloured or exotic. It is a hardwood known for its subtle flowing grain, gentle tonal variations, and smooth finish, making it ideal for clean contemporary designs and sculptural forms.
The timber often features natural olive, cream, honey, and soft brown tones which become beautifully enhanced when finished, giving each piece its own unique character.
