A statement wall clock inspired by the natural beauty of Earth — where spalted beech meets deep blue resin oceans.
Each piece is individually handcrafted in my Gloucestershire workshop and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely with you.
This design brings together the natural character of spalted beech with flowing blue resin, creating a striking contrast between land and ocean. The unique grain patterns in the timber mean no two pieces are ever the same, giving each clock its own individual identity.
Some pieces stay with you as a maker — and this was one of them.
A subtle LED halo backlight adds depth and warmth, creating a soft glow that enhances the contrast between land and ocean — particularly in the evening when the piece really comes to life.
Designed as both a functional clock and a statement piece, it’s made to be seen and appreciated. Whether placed in a living space, hallway or office, it naturally draws the eye without overwhelming the room.
This is not a mass-produced item — each clock is made as a one-off piece, with its own grain, colour and finish.

Care & Lighting Information
This clock is powered by two separate battery systems:
The clock mechanism requires 1 x AA battery.
The integrated LED backlight requires 3 x AA batteries(housed in the separate rear battery pack).
To replace batteries, simply remove the clock from the wall and access the rear recess. Please take care not to pull on the wiring when handling the LED battery pack.
For best performance, always use fresh batteries and replace all three LED batteries at the same time. Avoid mixing old and new batteries.
The LED backlight is designed to create a soft ambient halo effect behind the clock rather than act as a primary light source.
